1. The choice of Google Workspace licenses
Before choosing the type of licenses, know that Google makes specific prices for NGOs, schools, the public sector, businesses.

You do not have "non-profit" status according to Google
This is the most common case. The higher you go in the type of licenses, the more features you have included. Licenses are calculated per month per user.

You do have "non-profit" status according to Google
To take advantage of the NGO rates, you must be eligible and you will need to go directly to Google non-profit.
Organizations must be currently registered with TechSoup Canada, TechSoup Global’s regional arm.
Organizations must be registered with or recognized by relevant authorities as: (1) charities; (2) tax exempt non-profit organizations operating on a nonprofit basis for the public benefit; (3) federal not-for-profit corporations; or (4) provincial level non-profits.
